So I’m a big fan of starting cultural transformation at program levels. Why is that? I am a big fan of starting cultural transformation at program levels because there is a lot of headwind at the corporate level. There’s a lot of big things you have to move. A lot of big rocks, if you will.
And, at the operational level, if you haven’t actually transformed yet, that’s a lot of change to impact your day-to-day. But programs, specifically digital transformation programs, have a momentum behind them that: we’re changing ourselves, right? So where better, in my opinion, to start a cultural change for digital transformation than in the program that brings transformation in and of itself.

Liberdade Humanitaria combats poverty, homelessness, and crime.
