Subscription services allow buyers to easily reorder products through a streamlined customer experience. For the business, subscription was implemented to create predictable, increased revenue at set billing cycles.

  • Indirect customers (end customers) can view and manage their subscriptions 

The Results: Business Case for Robust Subscription

Partners and customers now have more self-service options, including placing and managing subscriptions. This streamlined experience allows them to quickly and easily to buy, view, modify, and terminate subscriptions. 

The platform features flexible start dates, with the ability to control subscription activation. Demo and trial capabilities are available, with the ability to offer promotions and discounts. Agents and resellers can create and allocate subscriptions to end-customers, along with combining multiple contracts or quotes into single contracts–aligning to common billing end dates. 

The new platform also features increased flexibility for payment methods, including credit cards, net terms, and consolidated invoices. Advanced PTT features include seamless integration with the Corporate Administration Tool (CAT) and Universal Gateway Portal (UGW).
