Jon leads growth, partnerships, and alliances—building ecosystem relationships that expand market reach and accelerate client outcomes. He brings operating and commercialization experience across payments/fintech and contact centers, including scaling partnerships with Big Tech and enterprise platforms. Jon previously led West Coast strategic partnerships at Fiserv, supporting embedded finance initiatives like Apple Wallet installments and DoorDash banking solutions. At American Express he was President of Amex Assurance Company, ran Banking & Insurance Operations for the company, and led M&A Integration. Jon is a former Navy intelligence officer and a graduate of Yale and the Naval Academy.
