Object Edge (OE) created this new platform, and once it was in place, assisted with detailed digital marketing configurations. Leveraging zip code information and ultimately individual address information, the company’s digital marketing team provides special offers applied to an individual’s user experience on the site. For example, the configurations vary on offers that are available to homeowners versus apartment renters. Likewise, areas with a larger Latino population could receive special deals on Spanish channels and translation services – all made visible on the company’s website.

The Results:

The surprising piece of this puzzle is that no development was required. This work was done by a team of OE analysts working in conjunction with the telecom company’s digital marketing team to determine the millions of customizations to optimize their website.
