A US company that has been developing, manufacturing, and importing a variety of quality tires for 40+ years was looking to establish a B2B eCommerce website. Their main goal was a functional and streamlined site to showcase their company and the wide range of products they offer. Additionally, they wanted to drive customers to interact with inventory and orders online to help transition their team from manual order entry tasks to building relationships with their customers.
With steady growth over the years, this company now includes three distribution centers and over 100 employees. Introducing an eCommerce site would not only be an adjustment for their customers, but also for their in-house teams and processes.
