Our Approach

As in all our assignments, we created the end state architecture and a roadmap to this end state. At a high level, we recommended immediate implementation of certain quick fixes to ride over the current burning issues including compliance to statutory mandates. This was followed up by implementation of a new contemporary platform, which was aligned to the enterprise standards and which was flexible and scalable. Finally, we extended the platform and functionality to meet the more futuristic and visionary requirements.
