Anatoliy
has more than twenty years systems engineering experience
supporting various business areas including financial enterprises,
risk analysis, research, and manufacturing. He has significant
experience building applications and components that have
been deployed in the financial services and securities trading
business domains. Major responsibilities include architecting,
designing, engineering and supporting object oriented distributed
business applications.

Kiran
Gawde
Kiran
is a senior software engineer, with more than ten years
of experience in designing and building frameworks and application
systems ranging from single-user workstations to large distributed
systems. He is Specialized in software patterns, frameworks,
object-oriented design, middleware development and J2EE
programming. Application expertise includes banking (trade
finance), securities exchange and telecom (B2B self managed
environments). Kiran has a great ability to reverse engineer
and re-factor the application code. He is a believer of
agile programming model.
Co-author
of IBM Redbook: ‘Migrating WebLogic Applications to
WebSphere Advanced Edition V4’ (SG24-5956). Authored
Transaction management, Application Assembly and Deployment
chapters and contributed to others.

Sivaram
is a senior developer with over ten years of extensive software
development experience in various industries. He posses
a proven record of accomplishment delivering E-business
applications using many different technologies.
In
the past he has been responsible for developing open source
tools that have been widely adopted by the development community
such as the WebLogic and ATG Dynamo plug-ins for the Eclipse
IDE.
