Meet the Team - Object Edge Business Technologists

Ram Subramanian

Ram is the Head of the Object Edge business engineering team. Over the last years he has held various executive positions in information technology, manufacturing and management consulting. His experience spans a period of more than thirty years, which includes heading the offshore operations of a medium sized IT firm and working as a senior partner in the US. Ram has a keen sense of business and technology and has spend his career working at the junction of business and technology.

Ram is an engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He holds a Masters of Business Administration, from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mohan Parthasarathy

Mohan is part of the Object Edge Leadership Team. He has over 15 years of industry experience in managing complex global projects, ensuring on-budget, on-time delivery exceeding client expectations. His strength lies in project management, client relationship management and outsourcing, including offshore outsourcing.

Mohan is a graduate in engineering from Annamalai University and Masters in Business Administration, from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Mohan is a senior member of the business engineering team and he is also the lead manager for Object Edge’s Indian operations.

Lakshmi K P

Lakshmi leads the Business Analysis Team. She has worked as business analyst and IT project lead with large institutions, such as Barclays, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Citibank. Her experience spans a period of 7 years. Lakshmi has done exceedingly well during her tenure at Object Edge and has impressed customers with her analytical ability and business/technology acumen. She has received her degree in engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Asha Dale

Aha Dale leads the Object Edge Business Intelligence Team. She has over seven years of experience and her forte is business analytics and project management. She has worked on business intelligence projects for large corporations and has acquitted herself very well.

Asha is a graduate in science and has done her masters in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
