Customer’s Top Objectives and Challenges
Primary objective, as determined by the toy company’s leadership, was to transition from ATG to Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) to reduce expenses and improve architecture flexibility. With multiple brands to support, maintain, and grow, they identified the top four to be migrated and communicated their needs clearly and effectively so that our team could maximize every effort on this engagement to meet the compressed timeline for delivery. Reducing the time to maintain and finance two platforms was a significant concern to the customer and a challenged to be faced head-on by Object Edge.
The first of four sites to be migrated launched in just 4 months. And the second site took only two months to go-live. The third site is currently in production.
